Although we currently only support communication via email, we will always do our best to answer our Freelancers inquiries within 24 hours (except weekends and Dutch national holidays). We also try to ensure that our Freelancers are supported by necessary tools in order to do their work.
In addition, we provide our Freelancers with regular and detailed feedback on the quality of their work.
We also make invoicing super easy, operating on a self-billing invoice system which pays promptly on a monthly basis without any additional paperwork needed. It's the ease and steadiness of payment that keeps all of our Freelancers close with us, since we are committed to keeping a positive and professional experience with the people that contribute and add to our ever-expanding network of talent across the globe.
We also take improving our tools and processes seriously in order to keep supporting our Freelancers in the best possible way.
